I'd no clue what to expect-I suppose I thought I will be acquiring a little something akin to uncut bacon. Incorrect! SO much tastier, a beautiful blend of the best pork flavor With all the flexibility of bacon. I combined a five spice Mix and roasted it-tasted the same as my most loved pork in pork fried rice. Mouth watering!No a lot more panicked
